原有機製由謝佑承與王中原於2021年共同創立，團隊成員背景跨足新媒體、空間實驗、劇場等藝術創作及設計領域，並以公共藝術、光環境裝置及與公共空間有關的大型現地製作為主要創作。團隊的三大面向包含原有／有機／機製（制）：重新審視「原有」的現場空間，尋找其本身的「有機」性及新的亮光點，將既有場域的狀態給予另一層想像，企圖帶給觀眾新的視角，反「機制」而行，重新定義成規及原有的感知體驗，激盪出新的路徑及可能性。

Founded by Yu-Cheng HSIEH and Chung-Yuan WANG in 2021, Initial Complex Studio is a collective with members from various art and design backgrounds, including new media, spatial experimentation, and theatre, that focuses on the creation of public art, environmental lighting installations, and substantial on-site productions in public spaces. The “complex” involves the three intertwining concepts of the original, the organic, and the mechanism. The collective reviews the original space to determine its organic characteristics, reimagining the existing conditions to provide new perspectives, and reverses the site’s mechanisms to redefine its original formulation and perceptual experiences of it with innovative approaches and potentials for the audiences.
